Who am I?
I was fed up of seeing women investing countless amounts of money into personal training sessions and not getting what they needed to lose weight.
I created Train With Anna to help women lose weight in an affordable way, a bullet proof programme that allows my clients to be supported in every aspect possible and actually enjoy the journey.
For me, its essential this becomes a lifestyle. I want you to create new habits and live this life, the last thing we want is a quick fix diet where you re gain the weight.
My clients often say to me they struggle to fit getting their dream body into their lifestyle, they may have been stumped before with an over restrictive diet or false information making them believe they need to “ restrict” themselves in order to have a body and mindset they feel confident with.
