Nothing feels better than natural confidence – and Charlotte is beaming with it after dropping body fat with Train with Anna.

She was fed up, for as long as Charlotte could remember she had been in this position. Feeling unhappy, overweight and uncomfortable. 

As an outgoing woman,chatty and driven. This could often hold her back from her full potential.

With lockdowns looming, the overwhelm creeping in. Charlotte thought this could be her best opportunity to take action and have a goal to focus on in a tough time.

With minimal experience training, years of yoyo dieting. She stood up proud and asked for our help. 

The results of her transformation have been so inspiring she is Train with Anna’s hero of the year in 2021. 

“You can have a personal trainer there who is helping you, but that’s an hour for max 2-3 hours a week, but what do you do for the rest of the week? The biggest benefit of working with Train with Anna is they are there for you 24/7 holding you accountable for your actions.”

Charlotte’s journey has been inspirational, but no means has it come easy to her. She’s had Annas personal support throughout her journey to ensure she felt supported and found her way.

She actually could not remember a time when she really felt in a place where she felt confident and happy.

Over the years things just unraveled, she had a few life experiences personal to her that caused hiccups in her mindset. She had battles that needed to be won meaning that her own self care took a back seat.

Despite the tough times, Charlotte always came through as the happy one. The confident one who has personality, but inside she didn’t feel herself due to the lack of confidence she now had. 

You show yourself in a different light because it’s expected as a weakness to show your self doubt.

“ One of my biggest fears was around eating out and socialising with friends after lockdowns, how would I continue my fat loss. Anna taught me how to pick food whilst out for the day without sabotaging my whole diet. This gave me the confidence that this would be a lifelong change”

The best was yet to come, Charlotte took the plunge to complete her first ever photoshoot with us through her journey.

By no means did this photoshoot come easy to Charlotte and no means was it the end of her transformation, it was a point in the journey we wanted to take to uplift her confidence and push past the comfort zone she had been living in.

Inspired by confidence, she then got the opportunity to be entered into the London marathon. 

I trained Charlotte through her running for the marathon, in which time she caught covid & had 3 weeks out of running just before. But the ability to work together meant we could overcome any hurdle necessary because as a team we are strong

After the marathon we finalised Charlotte’s fat loss phase, we took her to a place where she felt confident, sexy and unstoppable in her own abilities. 

She had gone from being a woman worried about getting into a gym environment to a woman striving for success and training with confidence. 

She had become the woman leading from the front inspiring other members of the team to succeed.

Everyone’s results are different, depending on your genetics. You will not look exactly like any of our clients.

The result will only come if you put the hard work in, we cannot do your steps, put the food in your mouth or train for you. BUT we will give you everything you need to do so & to make it as easy as possible for you.

You do not necessarily have to exercise more than you are now, we will teach you how to exercise effectively in the time you have.

You will have to work hard, this will not come easy. But your outcome will be worth every single second you put in.

We do not work with women for a short term fix, we will take you to a final destination where you can maintain your results. If you commit the time & effort into the plan.

There is no best starting point, if you are new to this then this is the perfect opportunity for you to learn.
